Field Service Representative - Northeast Region
Overview
Under limited or no supervision, performs installation, repair or maintenance of all product lines of equipment. Includes travel to customer sites to ensure systems are consistently maintained and serviced. This position is based out of the Midwest US and the ideal candidate must live in this region.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Two (2) year technical degree or education/experience equivalent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Five to eight (5 – 8) years of electro-mechanical systems test and troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing technology environment. Laboratory equipment service and/or repair a plus.
REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Ability to travel extensively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to operate test and calibration equipment
- Intermediate PC skills
- Must be able to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematic diagrams and calibration procedures
- Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills including an in depth understanding of theory of operation and operating software for instrumentation equipment
