All service repairs and repair parts are now warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days. If an instrument failure occurs under normal operating circumstances within 90 days from the date of service for any reason other than abuse or neglect, Micromeritics will make the instrument operational at no cost to the customer. All parts (with the exception of expendable items), labor, and expenses for the additional service repair are covered by Micromeritics. In addition, Micromeritics employs 15 instrument service technicians who cover the USA to ensure prompt response time.
