We provide our employees free access to our onsite health clinic provided by Premise Healthcare. The clinic serves our employees with individual personalized healthcare including routine health care exams and prescription medicines—at NO cost whether enrolled in the health plan or not.
Short/Long Term Disability
Provides a source of income if unable to work for a short or an extended period of time due to a disability. Provides a benefit of 66 2/3% of weekly earnings, up to $1,000 per week for a maximum of 11 weeks. We also provide a benefit of 60% of base monthly income up to a maximum of $10,000 per month, after 90 days of absence due to illness or injury

Our travel assistance provides 24/7 medical emergency assistance when traveling more than 100 miles away from home. Regular, full-time employees have the flexibility to use a pool of paid time off days each year at their discretion.
